China ’s Youth Ice and Snow Sports into the Campus:Influencing Factors,Promotion Mechanisms,Practice Paths

To accelerate the promotion of youth ice and snow sports into the campus and improve the physical health of youth, this paper makes an in-depth and systematic study on the influencing factors, the promotion mechanisms and the practice paths of China's youth ice and snow sports into the campus based on the theory of supply and demand. According to the research, there is a certain contradiction between supply and demand of China's youth ice and snow sports into the campus. In order to clarify the problem, it analyses the influencing factors of youth ice and snow sports into the campus from four aspects: the demand subject, the supply subject, the supply content and the supply guarantee. On the basis of clarifying the influencing factors, it constructs a mechanism to solve the problem of youth ice and snow sports into the campus: The overall planning mechanism led by the government, the incentive mechanism of supply subject, the supervision mechanism guided by effect and the guarantee mechanism of resource integration. In order to clear roadmap for problem being solved, along with the theoretical and historical logic, it puts forward the practice path of youth ice and snow sports into the campus from five dimensions. Government: deepening policy support for youth ice and snow sports into the campus, School: improving the quality and efficiency of youth ice and snow sports into the campus,Family: strengthening guidance and support for teenagers to participate in ice and snow sports, Community: creating a favorable environment for youth ice and snow sports into the campus, Enterprises: supplying goods and services for youth to participate in ice and snow sports.
