The Contemporary Implications,Connotation Characteristics,Evaluation Dimension and Applications of the Sense of Gain of Residents in Public Gymnasiums and Stadiums Service in China

By using the methods of questionnaires survey, expert interviews, mathematical statistics, this article analyzes the time implication of the sense of gain, the connotation characteristic and evaluation dimension of residents and its application in stadiums and gymnasiums public service. It is found that the sense of gain has the characteristics of fairness, justice, co-construction and sharing, pointing to the multi-level and diversified needs of people and the growing need for a better life. The sense of gain of residents in stadiums and gymnasiums public service are based on the theory of needs, which is based on the material and spiritual feelings of people participating in the public services of stadiums and gymnasiums, the real acquisition, and the degree of satisfaction of individual needs. It includes the degree of people's mastery and satisfaction of public sports resources and the satisfaction of higher levels of individual needs. The evaluation dimensions of residents' sense of public service in stadiums mainly include the sense of venue facilities, service content, service security, venue atmosphere, personal realization and residents' participation. The application in the stadium operation reform is mainly reflected in the following aspects: Clarifying the reform purpose, continuously improving the sense of gain; improving the reform scheme design according to the evaluation dimension;responding to the expectations of the masses, optimizing the supply of public service content; improving the evaluation system and promoting the participation of the masses.
