Abstract
Combing the related literature on the concept, value and source of sports fun, this article investigates and analyzes the intensity and sources of sport fun of 2 000 students in Grades 1 to 12 in Changchun. The result shows that: 1) There are 19 items in the source of teenagers' sport fun; 2) the intensity of teenagers' sport fun differs in grade, sex and fitness level; 3) the source of teenagers' sport fun differs in grade, sex, physical fitness level and fun intensity; 4) the “moment of winning” is the greatest source of sport fun for all students. The strategies to improve the sports fun of teenagers conclude: 1) Normalizing sports competition to ensure that all students can get successful experience; 2) strengthening the core of sports skills to ensure that each student can get the fun of self-improvement; 3) making teaching methods flexible to ensure that each student can enjoy the corresponding kinds of sports fun. Suggestion: 1) Increase the numbers of tracking researches of sport fun to further explore the development law of sport fun; 2) explore the relationship between sport fun and other variables such as the perception of sport ability, parents' attitude,exercise behavior and etc.
