Abstract
Objective: Under the background of“sports and education integration”, this paper analyzes the evaluation indexes of physical health of children and adolescents in China, explores and formulates corresponding new evaluation standards, which has a long-term effect on further improving the evaluation system of physical health of children and adolescents in China and promoting the improvement of physical health of children and adolescents. Methods: Purposive sampling, analytic hierarchy process and LMS method were used to complete subject sampling, index screening, weight determination, physical health evaluation index score cutoff point determination and other standards. Conclusions: 1) The evaluation criteria for physical health of Chinese children and adolescents contains six primary index(body composition, cardiorespiratory fitness strength, flexibility, speed and agility coordination) and nine secondary index(BMI, waist circumference, 20-meter shuttle run test, handgrip, 30-second sit-ups, standing long jump, 50-meter sprint, 20-s repeated straddling, sit and reach); the new evaluation standard is systematic, scientific and feasible.2) The new evaluation standard improves the weights of cardiorespiratory fitness, strength and body composition indexes. To a certain extent, it can effectively improve the cardiorespiratory fitness level of Chinese children and adolescents, curb the continuous decline of strength quality, and control the rapid rise of overweight obesity rate. 3) Based on a wide range of data on students' physical health, the cut-off point of each single index grade determined by the new evaluation standard can become an important basis for students' physical health evaluation.
