Research on Several Issues in the Revision of the Sports Law of the People’s Republic of China

At present, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress is revising the Sports Law of the People's Republic of China. Based on the careful study and absorption of various opinions, this study systematically reflects the process of amending the law in the previous stage, clears up the relevant questions, and discusses the legislative ideas, key and difficult problems of amending the Sports Law of the People's Republic of China.
