Theoretical Logic and Realization Path of Sports Industry Promoting the Construction of the New Development Pattern of “Dual Circulation”

This study systematically analyzes the theoretical logic, realistic conditions and restrictive factors of the construction of“dual circulation” pattern promoted by the development of sports industry in China, and on this basis, constructs the realization path of the “dual circulation” pattern accelerated by the development of sports industry in China. The research shows that the demand expansion effect, supply improvement effect, internal and external connectivity effect and the deepening effect of division of labor in the development of sports industry can promote the construction of the new development pattern of “dual circulation”. There are many factors that restrict the development of China's sports industry to promote the “dual circulation”, which include micro market supply, medium industry development and macro policy environment. As for our sports industry in the future, supply needs to be optimized by the supply-side structural reform, industrial value chain needs to be achieved through innovation-driven strategy, and the external development environment needs to be perfected by deepening the reform of the system. Those measures could achieve the goal of further releasing domestic demand potential, reshaping the international cooperation and new competition advantages,ultimately accelerate the construction of the new development pattern of “dual circulation” effectively.
