    Research on the Background,Basis and Path of Revising the Regulations on School Physical Education in the New Era

    • The Regulations on School Physical Education(hereinafter referred to as “the Regulations”) is an important basis for the development of school physical education. In order to adapt to the new situation and new tasks of school physical education reform and development in the New Era, based on the current hot spots of school physical education work and promote the better development of school physical education work, the regulations have been studied and revised by using the methods of literature,questionnaire and expert interview, this study explores the background, basis and path of the revision of the Regulations. The study shows that we should: 1) Clarify the development concept of school physical education in the New Era under the guidance of the spirit of important documents; 2) put forward the legal basis for the revision of the Regulations and strengthen the legal guarantee of school physical education; 3) enrich the contents of the Regulations, update relevant expressions, and fully reflect the timeliness of the Regulations; 4) translate the contents of relevant laws, regulations and policy documents into the provisions of the Regulations;5) deepen the Integration of Sports and Education and effectively protect students' sports rights; 6) clarify the reward and responsibility mechanism of the Regulations to protect the rights and interests of physical education teachers; 7) vertically connect the physical education curriculum of each school section and scientifically build an integrated physical education curriculum system;8) improve the evaluation rules and establish a normalized supervision and inspection system; 9) improve the risk prevention and control mechanism of school physical education to ensure the safe and high-quality development of school physical education.
