Abstract
This study employs research methods such as literature review and logical analysis to explore the mechanisms and pathways for enhancing China's international discourse power in sports. The study identifies that the key mechanisms for enhancing China's international discourse power in sports include the participation mechanism of discourse subjects, the operation mechanism of discourse platforms, the generation mechanism of discourse content, the integration mechanism of discourse resources, and the dissemination mechanism of discourse modes. However, challenges exist in China's efforts to enhance its international discourse power in sports, such as limited participation pathways for discourse subjects and insufficient collaboration, homogeneous operation of discourse platforms with a lack of distinctive national characteristics, limited originality in generating discourse content with insufficient international acceptance, loose integration of discourse resources with weak comprehensive efficiency, and limited channels and outdated expression methods for discourse dissemination. To address these challenges, it is crucial to continuously expand the participation channels for diverse discourse subjects, actively develop a multidimensional sports discourse platform framework, dynamically balance the national and global aspects of sports discourse, maximize the effectiveness of sports discourse resources, and solidify the foundation for external dissemination of sports discourse to enhance China's international discourse power in sports.
